The streets of Pravoka aren't safe. You can stumble into fight with pirates. When you first
visit this town coming from Coneria, make sure your first stop is at the Inn, that way if you
get into a battle, your character will be at full strength.
When you fight the pirates, there will be 9 of them in total. Since they only have about 10 HP,
you should be able to easily defeat them. Once you have beaten the Pirates, the towns folk will
come out of hiding and wander the streets. It is at this time that you will obtain the Sailing
Ship after talking with the Captain of the pirates. You also don't have to worry about being
attacked in Pravoka once you have beaten the pirates.
